• The Terms & Conditions of Sale and all handwritten and printed material given by From the Islands LLC shall form the complete contract between seller and Purchaser and there are no representations nor warranties nor conditions expressed or implied, affecting this contract other than as expresed herein.
• All materials will be the property of From the Islands LLC until final payment has been received.

Damage claims:
Customers are required to inspect the product upon receipt. Please examine all shipment for external damage. All damage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Please keep all packaging for inspection.

Note on products:
On our stone products please notice that stone is a product of earth and has natural variations in color and markings. Pictures and samples serve only to indicate the general color, markings, and textures usually found in the stone. Variations may occur.

On any other pieces, many of them are unique single pieces which cannot be produced in the same but only in similar shape. Every effort is made to present you with the right color and measurement of products but since every pieces is handmade, there’s no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
